This is inform you that there was an exception in the load balance cluster of device health check message, which caused the health status could not be handled successfully. When the health status of the device cannot be handled, the device unreachable events would be triggered.
We have found the root cause of the health check issue, and it has been fixed on 18:11, March 5th.
