The deployment schedule (for the Cloud)

Here at IgniteNet we've chosen a weekly or bi-weekly deployment schedule for our Cloud.

Deployment always occurs on Wednesdays @ 11:00 UTC, unless otherwise specified. During the deployment process the Cloud will be inaccessible for a short period of time - usually just a few minutes.

If we think a larger maintenance window will be required we'll post about it here and send out an email to our newsletter subscribers.

Deployment depends on a few factors:

• Are our automated unit, acceptance, and regression tests passing?
• Has code been running on our demo/system integration servers without any beta customer-reported issues?
• How risky is the deployment? Are we talking about a few minor UI changes here or did we implement a new, but high-impact, feature?

We believe in a release early, release often philosophy. This allows us to iterate and develop our products on a must faster schedule than many traditional software methodologies. We are able to use your feedback to make our products better, faster. And for this, we thank you, valuable reader!
